Sculpting in clay allows me the freedom to capture  a sense of movement or immediacy in my subjects - be they human, bird or reptile, but always life.
I am drawn to everyday subjects seemingly caught unawares enabling a feeling of energy to encompass each piece, embracing imperfections as an integral part of the whole.
